Mr. Dunigan has over 30 years of financial services and investment industry experience having served in executive leadership roles with PNC Asset Management Group, and as Interim Chief Investment Officer of the Pennsylvania State Treasury. Mr. Dunigan is Chairman of the board trustees of Founding Forward (formerly the legacy foundation of the Union League of Philadelphia).
